General information

Stacker Original Backdrop Organizer is sold by Stacker Original, located in Helsinki, Finland with the VAT number FI21265980. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at the final stage at the shopping cart. VAT tax is collected only in EU-area. Orders inside EU with businesses having a valid VAT number can be treated with the reverse charge “intra-Community trading” act. Therefore if you have a valid EU VAT number Stacker will be sold without VAT (24%) — shipping will be added, though. The prices do not include possible customs duties, import fees or other extra costs unknown to us that exist outside Europe.

Ordering

Stacker can be ordered via our online store at www.stackeroriginal.com or other sales channels offered by third parties such as Facebook.

Stacker Original is not responsible for the mistakes and errors caused by Facebook or any other third party service provider. 

The orders are confirmed via email, which includes the information about delivery, price and taxes. To receive the email confirmation the client must provide a valid email address when making a purchase. Phone numbers are for couriers which may want to contact you about your upcoming delivery.

We respect your privacy and your information will never be abused or leaked to unnecessary third parties. We use your information to get your order to a successful conclusion. 

Payment methods

The payments are managed by Stripe and PayPal. We accept all major debit and credit cards to make a purchase. 

Delivery time

We aim to ship every order within two days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation of the purchase and a tracking number when your shipment leaves the factory. 

We ship worldwide and the delivery time varies between approximately 5 - 10 days. 

Delivery method and shipping fees

We mostly use UPS for the shipping and ship worldwide. Shipping fees are flat rate - same fee for one or twenty Stackers!

Stacker Original reserves the right to change these terms. The customer is responsible for being up-to-date concerning the delivery and payment terms at the time of ordering.

Return policy

We are only human and sometimes errors happen to us too. Maybe some parts are missing from your delivery or your Stacker has been run over by a truck. Just contact us via the contact page and we will solve your problems.

Guarantee

Stacker has a full 12-month guarantee. If you can prove that there was a defect existing right from the delivery, we'll cover it up to 24 months.
